Engineering & Agent Conventions Starter Pack

This Open Knowledge Format (OKF v0.2) bundle defines the shared engineering standards used by both human developers and AI coding agents across our repositories.

Core Principles

1. Deterministic Verification Before Commit: Every change must pass pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint, and targeted vitest unit suites before opening or updating a pull request.
2. Immutable Citations Over Tribal Memory: When an agent applies a project convention or architectural constraint, it should cite the exact file and line range (path:Lstart-Lend) from the active revision of this bundle.
3. Zero Raw Secrets in Prompts or Docs: Never paste API keys, database URLs, or bearer tokens into CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, or knowledge bundles. All bundles are scanned at publish time.
